If any of you have had success with this or other methods, then I would sure love to hear your feedback and how you got them crispy from baking instead of frying

Recipe for the best sweettea in the south. Ingredients4 family-sized Luzianne Tea bags. 3Put the tea bags into the half gallon canning jar, and add the remaining part of the boiling water into the jar. 5Pour ½ of the steeped tea into another ½ gallon canning jar, and add ½ gallon of room temperature water to each jar, and stir them well
Take a pan , heat the mustard oil or sesame oil and add the powdered jaggery , add the powdered spices , red chili powder, asafoetida powder , add the marinated steam cooked mango cubes after patting dry into the mixture
On medium heat, pour Thai tea mix into a saucepan. Let tea steep until it has cooled down a bit. Add 1 tablespoon of Nestle creamer ( I add it while the tea is still slightly warm) and sweeten to taste. 1 cup Thai tea mix
In the meantime I guess we can test out the offerings from the rest of the Sunday Supper team. You know how everyone fights for all of the goodies in a jar of sweetpickles, aside from the cucumbers themselves
One could argue that wood smoking and tea smoking are two separate things and since I received a tin of really good quality teas which will never see hot water, I thought about dabbling in tea smoking without squashing my wood smoked spring salmon dreams
I need to make pickles but thought Homemade Sweet Pickle Relish might be a nice change. Lightly sweet relish reminds me of my Mom’s Bread & Butter Pickles and that’s a good thing
