Ingredients

  • 2 lotus root sections, cut into thin slices
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 thumb ginger, minced
  • 4 green onion, cut into pieces
  • Half of a fresh red pepper, shredded
  • 5-8 dried chili pepper, halved
  • ⅛ teaspoon Sichuan pepper
  • 1 tablespoon cooking oil
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1 tablespoon light soy sauce
  • ½ tablespoon vinegar (if you want a slightly sour taste the same with me)
