Ingredients

  • 6 ounces tuna
  • 1 medium potato, diced small
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1/2 medium onion, minced
  • 1/2 red pepper, diced small
  • 2 – 3 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 – 2 tablespoons tomato sauce (optional)
  • 1/4 cup grated cheese (optional)
  • 1 – 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • salt and pepper to taste
