As a student, I never knew there was this thing called “simplebread”. Baking bread. You just knead the bread and leave it alone for a while, that’s how simple it can be

I am not an expert (and would never claim to be), but I do make bread regularly and wanted to try to remove some of the mystique surrounding it (because really, it is very simple)
