  • 3 cups boiled basmati rice
  • 1 cup mixed vegetables (carrot, capsicum, sweet peas)
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 1/2 tsp cumin seeds
  • 3 finely chopped tomatoes
  • 1 tsp each fresh grated ginger and chopped green chill
  • 2-3 tsp Pav bhaji masala
  • 1 tsp Red Chili powder
  • salt to taste
  • 1 small stick cinnamon
  • 1 star anise
  • 2-3 cloves 1 green cardamom
  • salt to taste
  • Lime juice to taste.
  • 3 tsp oil
  • 6 roasted Papads
  • 1/4 cup chopped coriander leaves
  • 1/2 cup chopped mint leaves
  • 1 green chili finely chopped
  • 15 chopped cherry tomatoes (or 1 medium tomato)
  • 1 medium onion finely chopped
  • salt and chat masala as per taste
  • Lime juice as per taste
