frozen stir fry vegetables (i.e. bell peppers, broccoli, carrots, water chestnuts, baby corn), thawed
canola oil, divided
brown rice or rice noodles, cooked
Heat 1 teaspoon of the canola oil in a skillet set to medium-high heat. Cook thawed meatballs until brown on the outside and heated through. Set aside.
Add remaining 2 teaspoons of canola oil to a skillet. Add in thawed vegetables, garlic and ginger. Cook until heated through.
Add meatballs and teriyaki sauce and stir until combined.
Pair stir fry with brown rice or rice noodles.
This simple stirfry cauliflower in red curry paste. It is fast to cook and just needs few ingredients and this recipe a little different from the regular stir fried cauliflower with shrimp as I have cooked before
