  • 4 pork steaks, seasoned with salt and pepper
  • 2-3 large potatoes, diced
  • Olive oil
  • Salt and pepper
  • 425 F Pour a Jamie glug of olive oil in a skillet, heat and add the potatoes, salt, pepper and cook until brown and crusty. Set aside.
