Ingredients

  • 750 g boned pork shoulder, cut into slices
  • 2 chopped onions
  • 2 chopped green chillies
  • 1 large chopped red pepper
  • 1 tin of chopped tomatoes
  • 1 tin of black beans, drained and rinsed
  • 250 ml chicken stock
  • 1 carton of soured cream
  • salt and pepper
  • 2 tablespoons cornmeal/polenta (optional)
  • 2 teaspoons of ordinary sweet paprika
  • 1 teaspoon of chilli powder
  • 1 teaspoon of chipotle powder
  • 1 teaspoon of cumin powder
  • 1 teaspoon of dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
