Ingredients

  • 2 cups jasmine rice

  • 1 cup
  • 2 teaspoons brown sugar
  • 4 teaspoons sesame oil
  • 3 boneless skinless chicken breast halves
  • 1 green bell pepper
  • 4 carrots
  • 4 cloves minced garlic
  • 1 can whole tomatoes
  • 1 cup frozen peas
  • 4 green onions
  • Cilantro (don't skip this--it really adds a nice compliment to the rest of the dish!)
