  • 1 tablespoon Thai red or green chili paste, or more to taste
  • 1 teaspoon fish sauce
  • 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
  • 1 yellow onion, chopped
  • 2-3 cloves garlic, chopped
  • 1 red bell pepper
  • 1 green bell pepper
  • 2 potatoes 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts or thighs
  • 1- inch piece of fresh ginger, peeled and grated
