Ingredients

  • 1 cup sweet chili sauce
  • 1/2 cup coconut milk
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 4 cloves of garlic
  • 2 inch
  • juice of 1 lime
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon O Clementine Olive Oil
  • 1 tablespoon O Zinfandel Vinegar
  • For the salad
  • 2 cups romaine lettuce, chopped
  • 2 cups bok choy cabbage, chopped
  • 1 cup carrots
  • 1/2 cup edamame
  • 1/2 red pepper, chopped
  • 4 green onions
  • 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
  • 1/2 cup peanuts, chopped
