Ingredients

  • 2 T fish sauce
  • 2 T lime juice
  • 2 t sugar
  • 2 T chopped unsalted peanuts
  • 1 t sriracha sauce or chili flakes
  • 1 c ground meat – optional
  • 3 small unripe, peeled and julienned green mangoes
  • 1 minced shallot
  • 2 minced garlic cloves
  • oil for frying
  • 1/4 c chopped mint or cilantro-optional
  • 1. In a medium sized pan, heat some oil to fry the minced shallot and garlic for a couple of minutes
  • 2. In a small bowl, mix the fish sauce,lime juice,sugar and sriracha together
  • 3. In a large bowl, add the cooled ground meat mixture, julienned green mango and the dressing in the small bowl
