  • 10 mins
  • 30 mins
  • 200 grams Oil - 2 tblspn
  • 1 tblspn finely chopped
  • 1 tsp Red Chilli Flakes - 1 tsp Bean Sprouts a handful
  • ½ sliced
  • 3 cm piece
  • 10 cloves
  • Kaffir lime skin / Narthangai - 3 peels
  • Lemon Grass - 2 chopped ( i didn't add)
