  • 2 cups Brussels sprouts, halved or quartered, depending on how large
  • 3 cups kale, stem removed, roughly ripped or chopped
  • 2 tsp canola oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, sliced thin
  • 2 tsp oyster sauce
  • 2 tsp tamari or soy sauce
  • 2 tsp fish sauce
  • 1/4 cup water or chicken or veggie brother, low-sodium
  • red pepper flakes or a red Thai chile, thinly sliced
