  • 3/4 pound mixed hot peppers (use one full pound if only using jalapenos, hot cherry or varieties with less heat and omit sweet peppers below)
  • 1/4 pound sweet peppers
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 2 Roma tomatoes
  • 2 tbsp kosher or sea salt
  • 1 1/2 cups white vinegar
