  • 6 large egg
  • Frosting
  • 1 cup unsalted butter
  • 2 tablespoons finely grated lemon zest
  • 3 1/2 cups sifted icing sugar
  • 3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 1-1/2 cups sugar
  • 1-1/2 minutes
  • 40 minutes
  • 1/3 cup lemon curd
