Ingredients

  • 42 g cookies
  • 55 g peanut oil
  • 42 g caster sugar
  • 30 g egg
  • 115 g cake flour
  • 30 g almond flour (i used bob’s red mill natural almond meal)
  • 1/4 tsp baking soda
  • – bake in preheated oven of 160 degrees for 25-30 mins or till the surface start to brown
