Ingredients

  • Marinating time: 15 mins to 1 hour
  • 1/2 cup of fresh cilantro
  • 1/4 cup of olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp cumin
  • 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • juice of 1 lemon 1 tbsp of water
  • a couple strands of saffron (optional)
  • Marinade at room temperature for a better flavor.
