Cauliflower florets, blanched: : 1/2 cup
Carrots, blanched: 1/2 cup
Broccoli florets, blanched: 1/2 cup
Green Peas, boiled:1/3 cup
Tomato, finely chopped: 2 tbsp
Few Spring Onions, finely chopped
Few Coriander Leaves, chopped
Grated Cheese: 1/2 cup
Kissan Fresh Tomato Ketchup: 2 tbsp
Salt to taste
Pepper: 1 tsp
Bread: 2 Slices
Olive Oil: 1 tbsp
To make the filling, first add the cauliflower, broccoli & carrots in a mixer and grind into a fine consistency.
Once that’s done, add it in a bowl. In that, add green peas, tomatoes, spring onions, coriander, cheese and mix it all together.
Then add some Kissan Tomato Ketchup and mix it well. The filling is ready!
Take a bread slice and add the filling. Cover this with another slice.
Place a pan on the stove and add some olive oil to it.
Place the sandwich on it and grill it on both sides.
To prepare the tiffin, add some fruits & dry fruits in it. Then place the sandwich in it.
Tiffin is ready!
There are several varieties of kale, and all are good this time of year, but I like Lacinato because the stems and leaves are tender and it's very pleasant raw, not to mention the fact that it's a nutritional powerhouse
