Ingredients

  • Cauliflower florets, blanched: : 1/2 cup
  • Carrots, blanched: 1/2 cup
  • Broccoli florets, blanched: 1/2 cup
  • Green Peas, boiled:1/3 cup
  • Tomato, finely chopped: 2 tbsp
  • Few Spring Onions, finely chopped
  • Few Coriander Leaves, chopped
  • Grated Cheese: 1/2 cup
  • Kissan Fresh Tomato Ketchup: 2 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper: 1 tsp
  • Bread: 2 Slices
  • Olive Oil: 1 tbsp

Instructions

    To make the filling, first add the cauliflower, broccoli & carrots in a mixer and grind into a fine consistency.
    Once that’s done, add it in a bowl. In that, add green peas, tomatoes, spring onions, coriander, cheese and mix it all together.
    Then add some Kissan Tomato Ketchup and mix it well. The filling is ready!
    Take a bread slice and add the filling. Cover this with another slice.
    Place a pan on the stove and add some olive oil to it.
    Place the sandwich on it and grill it on both sides.
    To prepare the tiffin, add some fruits & dry fruits in it. Then place the sandwich in it.
    Tiffin is ready!
