  • 1 cup Pumpkin Spice Cheerios (These are seasonal - use another type if you can't get them.)
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 8- ounce package cream cheese (not lowfat or fat-free)
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 egg at room temperature
  • 2 tablespoons creme fraiche* (or sour cream)
  • 2 teaspoons all purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon maple extract
  • Dulce de leche, for garnish (optional), as needed
  • Chopped pecans, for garnish (optional) as needed
