Ingredients

  • 1 (8-oz) package cream cheese, room temperature
  • 14 eggs, divided
  • 13/4 cup sugar, divided
  • 12 tsp vanilla, divided
  • 11/2 tsp salt, divided
  • 11 cup old-fashioned oats, uncooked
  • 11/2 cup chopped pecans
  • 11 cup light corn syrup
  • 11/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 11 (9-inch) deep dish pie crust, unbaked
  • 1 ingredients:
  • 1 (8-oz) package cream cheese, room temperature 4 eggs, divided 3/4 cup sugar, divided 2 tsp vanilla, divided 1/2 tsp salt, divided 1 cup old-fashioned oats, uncooked 1/2 cup chopped pecans 1 cup light corn syrup 1/2 tsp cinnamon 1 (9-inch) deep dish pie crust, unbakedPreheat oven to 425ºF. Place pie crust on rimmed baking sheet.
  • 1 In a large bowl, combine cream cheese, 1 egg, 1/2 cup sugar, 1 teaspoon vanilla and 1/4 teaspoon salt. Mix with an electric mixer on medium speed until smooth. Spread into bottom of unbaked pie crust.
  • 1 Sprinkle oats and pecans on top of cream cheese mixture.
  • 1 Whisk together corn syrup, 3 eggs, remaining sugar, 1 teaspoon vanilla, 1/4 teaspoon salt and cinnamon. Pour over oats and pecans. Transfer pie to oven. 
  • 1 Bake for 15 minutes. Reduce heat to 350ºF and continue baking for 30 to 35 minutes.
  • 1 Remove from oven and cool completely  on a wire rack. Cover and refrigerate up to 2 days.
