It is made from Moongdal and it tastes as good as regular dosa. You have to soak rice & dal overnight, next morning grind them to make a batter and keep it for fermenting, it's a lengthy process
Half cook moongdal in a open pan with required water. ( Do not pressure cook, moongdal will become mushy)Heat Oil in a Kadai & add mustard seeds, let it splutter and then add seasoning ingredients as listed
Once dal is cooked. Add the mashed dal, along with salt and sugar.
