Ingredients

  • 16 sponge fingers
  • 500 g cream cheese
  • cream
  • 200 g castor (superfine) sugar
  • 6 eggs yolks (please use pasteurized eggs for your safety)
  • 2 tbsp rum
  • 400 ml double
  • 200 g chocolate shavings
  • Coffee Syrup
  • 1.5 tbsp instant coffee granules
  • 1 tbsp castor (superfine) sugar
  • 300 ml hot water
  • 1 tbsp rum
  • 16 per loaf pan
  • 1/4 of the filling.
