There’s so many cheesecake variations, but this is the simplest recipe… I’ve adapted it from a recipe my mom has used for years – cream cheese, eggs & sweetener

We love our pressure cookers as it really makes cooking so much easier & faster. We actually make a lot of different variations of chicken & rice in our pressure cooker, gotta add this one to our to-try list
