When the gravy is thick, add the soya chunks and mix them well with the masala. Tomake your gravy rich, you can grind and add the cashew paste when you add the cream
I make it quite frequently as it is very healthy especially with high protein content. But I even dunks this baked tofu bits in a rich tomatogravy and really goes well with some nans or rotis
