  • 2 slices of Tofu and 1/4 cup of sauce)
  • 4 fat cloves, thinly sliced
  • 3-4 fat cloves, grated
  • Sake (Japanese rice wine) - 1 tbsp Mirin (Japanese sweet rice wine) - 2 tbsp (optional)
  • Salt (only if fish sauce is not used)
  • 30 minutes
  • 5. Heat a non stick pan over medium high heat. Spray a little cooking spray. Take the tofu pieces from the marinade, shaking off the excess and place it the pan in a single layer.
