  • cornmeal, if desired
  • 2-3 tablespoons pizza sauce or crushed tomatoes
  • 1/2-3/4 cup shredded mozzarella
  • 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, cut in half
  • 2 eggs
  • 1-2 tablespoons grated parmesan
  • salt and freshly ground pepper
  • red pepper flakes
