  • 1 cup (5 oz) crushed cookies, such as Graham crackers, or Digestives (I used lemon shortbread biscuits)
  • 3 tbsp melted butter
  • 4 cups (2 lbs) ricotta
  • 3/4 cup (6 oz) sugar
  • 3/4 cup (6 oz) heavy whipping cream
  • 1/4 cup (2 oz) limoncello
  • 1/4 cup (1 oz) flour
  • 5 eggs
  • 75 minutes
  • 45 minutes
