Ingredients

  • 500 gr ricotta
  • 200 gr
  • 2 uova
  • 45 min
  • 1 or
  • 1 pack of
  • short pastry
  • 500 gr ricotta
  • 200 gr sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 pears
  • In a bowl mix ricotta with eggs (one at a time) and sugar.Roll the pastry and cover a tin, pour the mixture and decorate with pears.Spred with brown sugar and bake at 180°C for 45 minutes, 1 hour.You can also add at the mixture some chocolate cips
