  • 3-4 Tbsp honey
  • 3-4 Tbsp Dijon mustard or Estonian Põltsamaa mustard
  • 2-3 fresh rosemary sprigs (leaves only)
  • 3 large garlic cloves
  • 2 tsp sea salt
