Ingredients

FOR CHIPOTLE SAUCE Combine yogurt, evaporated milk, chipotle chile, garlic clove, Maggi and lime juice in blender container. Blend until smooth. Refrigerate until ready to serve. FOR RUB Mix all ingredients in a small bowl. Set aside. TO PREPARE BURGER PATTIES Combine beef, Maggi and soy sauce in a large bowl. Mix with hands until thoroughly combined.
