  • 1 can (13.5oz.) Coconut Milk
  • 1 can (14oz.) Sweetened Condensed Milk
  • 1/2 C Dark Chocolate unsweetened Cocoa Powder
  • a Pinch of Salt
  • 3/4 C Pineapple Juice
  • 3/4 C Captain Morgan Spiced Rum
  • 4 C Water
  • In a large saucepan on medium heat
  • Coconut Milk\Sweetened Condensed Milk
  • Cocoa Powder
  • Salt
  • Pineapple Juice
  • Simmer, do not boil.
  • Whisk in Rum and Water and heat until desired temperature. Whisking often.
  • Serve in mugs and top with Whipped Cream.
