Ingredients

  • 200 g tin of albacore tuna, drained and coarsely flaked (7 ounce tin)
  • 540 g tin of cooked new potatoes, drained and sliced (19 ounces)
  • (Can use the equivalent of boiled cooked potatoes, peeled and sliced)
  • 400 g of broccoli florets, trimmed and blanched (3/4 pound)
  • 295 g tin of condensed mushroom soup, undiluted (10 3/4 ounce tin)
  • 150 ml whole milk (1/2 cup)
  • 150 g strong/sharp cheddar, grated (1 1/4 cup)
  • 1 TBS Dijon mustard
