  • 2 (6 ounce) cans of tuna
  • 1/3 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 2 teaspoons lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons finely chopped onion
  • 2 teaspoons horseradish mustard
  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley
  • 1/2 teaspoon hot sauce
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon butter
  • 4 buns (optional)
  • 1 (14 ounce) bag coleslaw mix (about 5 cups shredded cabbage and carrots)
  • 1/2 cup greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons dill relish
  • 1 tablespoon white wine vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon chopped capers
  • 1 teaspoon coarse-grained mustard
  • salt and pepper
