Ingredients

  • 2 cans (6 oz each) tuna in water, drained
  • 11/2 cup chopped celery
  • 11/4 cup chopped onion
  • 11/2 cup mayonnaise or salad dressing
  • 11 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 11/4 teaspoon salt
  • 11/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 18 slices bread1 In a medium bowl, mix the tuna, celery, onion, mayonnaise, lemon juice, salt and pepper.
  • 12 Spread tuna mixture on 4 bread slices. Top with remaining bread slices.
