  • 2 small handfuls of frozen green peas
  • 3 artichoke hearts, (pre-cooked)
  • 1 medium sized potato
  • 1/2 onion
  • 1 tbsp tomato paste
  • 1 chili pepper or half a bell pepper
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • fresh parsley
  • 1 tsp Tunisian harissa, red hot chili pepper paste
