Ingredients

  • 10 tablespoons butter
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 1 cup chopped onion
  • 1 red bell pepper, chopped
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 5 1/2 cups half and half
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1/2 cup white cooking wine
  • 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
  • Salt and pepper
  • 1 1/2 cups parmesan cheese
  • 1 1/2 cups marinated artichoke hearts, chopped well
  • 1 cup sundried tomatoes, chopped (about one small jar)
  • 4 cups chicken, cooked and chopped into bite sized pieces
  • 1/2 pound pasta, cooked and drained (I used small shells)
  • 1 bunch of fresh basil, chopped well
