Ingredients

  • Makes 22 large or 46 medium cookies
  • 1 cup (175g) brown sugar
  • 3/4 cup (165g) caster sugar
  • 150 g unsalted butter, softened
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract or 1 tsp vanilla paste
  • 1 large egg (about 50g-55g without shell)
  • 1 1/2 cups (225g) plain (all-purpose) flour, sifted
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder, sifted
  • 400 g chocolate + nuts + dried fruits, roughly chopped*
  • 200 g unsalted butter, softened at room temperature
  • 130 g caster sugar
  • 70 g light brown sugar
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract or paste
  • 1 large egg (about 50g-55g without shell)
  • 2 tbsp milk, at room temperature, optional if the batter is too thick.
  • 170 g all purpose flour
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 200 g chocolate + nuts + dried fruits, chopped***
