  • 11/2 cup (95 grams) packed dark brown sugar
  • 11/2 cup (100 grams) granulated sugar
  • 11 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 11 teaspoon fine sea or table salt
  • 11 1/4 teaspoons ground cinnamon
  • 11/8 teaspoon ground or freshly grated nutmeg
  • 13/4 teaspoon baking soda
  • 11/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 12 cups (260 grams) all-purpose flour
