  • 1 cup, Broken raw rice
  • 2 cups, Water
  • 1 Green chillies finely sliced
  • 1 tsp Ginger finely chopped

  • 1/4 tsp Mustard seeds,
  • 1/8 tsp Hing
  • 1 tsp Channa dal
  • 1 tsp Urad dal
  • 1 sprig Curry leaves
  • 1 Onion
  • 1 Tomato
  • 1 Dry red chillies
  • 1 Garlic, small sized
  • Small pebble sized tamarind
  • Salt to taste
  • 1/2 tsp Oil
  • 1/4 tsp Mustard seeds
  • Curry leaves
  • Urad dal
