  • 2 sticks unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 3/4 C sugar
  • 2 t vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/4 t salt
  • 1 T (or more) red food coloring
  • 2 t vinegar
  • 4 eggs 1 1/2 C all-purpose flour
  • 2 8 ounce packages cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 C sugar
  • 2 eggs 1 T vanilla extract
