  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 can (14oz) sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 vanilla beans (Mexican preferred)
  • 1 tbsp vanilla extract (Mexican preferred)
  • 3/4 cup water
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup vanilla sugar
  • 1/2 cup Dutch processed cocoa powder
  • Pinch of salt
