Vanilla Buttercream Frosting

Ingredients

  • 4 1/2 Cups Of Confectioners Sugar
  • 2 Sticks Of Salted Butter (Softened)
  • 1 Tbsp Of Vanilla
  • 4-5 Tablespoons Of Heavy Cream Or Whole Milk
  • Pinch Of Salt

Instructions

    1. Beat softened butter over medium until it is soft and creamy. Slowly add powdered sugar and mix over medium until smooth.

    2. Add vanilla and then 1 Tbsp at a time of cream at a time, while mixing, until desired consistency. Use spatula to scrape sides and then mix again.

    *makes enough frosting for 18-24 cupcakes depending on how thick you put on the layers.
