  • 8 oz vanilla pound cake, cubed (You could use any vanilla cake of your choosing. I like pound cake because it’s dense and rich in flavor.)
  • 1⁄2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1⁄2 teaspooon vanilla extract
  • 4 ounces cream cheese
  • coconut oil for coating scoop
  • 5 ounces candy melts or almond bark
