You can make the same way tomake samai, thinai venpongal. We used to add millets like ragi, varagu, thinai (foxtail millet) and Sorghum (Jowar/cholam) in our weekly menu to reduce the white rice portions

I have already posted an idli recipe with Kambu/Pearl Millets, there I have used parboiled rice along with the pearl millettomake the idlis, But for these VaraguArisi Idlis, I have used only varaguarisi/kodomillet along with urad dal/black gram and fenugreek seeds
I mix these two millets but you can use any one available at least tomake these healthy idli dosas. I usually go with the below two versions to grind Idli Dosa batter when i have VaraguArisi (Kodo Millet) and Samai Arisi (Little Millet) millet at home
