I mix these two millets but you can use any one available at least to make these healthy idli dosas. I have several versions of idli dosa batter using millets do check the link HERE to find more recipes of mine

Grind it along with pottukadalai andginger-garlic paste. small lemon sized tamarind - seeds removed. You can either use the whole batter to prepare paniyaram or just use sufficient batter and store the remaining batter to prepare Idli or Dosa

I have already posted an idli recipe with Kambu/Pearl Millets, there I have used parboiled rice along with the pearl millet to make the idlis, But for these Varagu Arisi Idlis, I have used only varaguarisi/kodomillet along with urad dal/black gram and fenugreek seeds
