Ingredients

  • 2 raw bananas/ plantain
  • 1 medium chopped red onion
  • 3-4 cloves of garlic
  • 1/2 tomato
  • 1-2 dried red chilly
  • 1 teaspoon of red chilly powder (per spice level)
  • 1/2 tsp of garam masala
  • 1/8 tsp of turmeric
  • 1/4 teaspoon of mustard
  • 1/4 tsp of Bengal gram dhal
  • 1 tbsp of oil
  • salt as required
