  • 1 cup chopped cabbage
  • 1/2 cup chopped carrot
  • 1/2 cup chopped french beans
  • 1/3 cup chopped onions
  • 1 teaspoon chopped ginger
  • 1 teaspoon chopped garlic
  • 1 teaspoon dark soya sauce
  • 1 teaspoon red chilly sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon schezwan sauce
  • 2 teaspoon spring onions
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon white pepper powder
  • 3 teaspoon corn flour
  • 2 teaspoon all purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon cooking oil

    Mix all vegetables with half of the ginger and garlic, salt and white pepper powder. Add 2 teaspoon corn flour and all purpose flour. Make a palpable dough using small amount of water. Divide the dough into equal size small balls.
    Deep fry them till crisp golden. Now heat oil in a pan and fry the remaining ginger and garlic till light brown. Add the chopped onions and fry till translucent. Pour little water and simmer. Add dark soya sauce, red chilly paste, salt and white pepper powder. Simmer for one minute. Add the fried balls and cook for another minute.
    Make a slurry with 1 teaspoon corn flour with a cup of water.
    Pour into the sauce and simmer until thickens. Sprinkle some chopped spring onions and remove to serve. Read the full recipe details from
