Ingredients

  • 1 cup Wheat flour
  • Salt as per taste
  • 1 tsp oil
  • water as needed
  • 1 cup finely chopped or grated cabbage
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped or grated carrot
  • 1/4 cup onion
  • 1 tsp finely chopped garlic
  • 1 &1/2 tsp grated ginger
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper powder
  • 1 tsp finely chopped green chilies (Optional)
  • 2 tsp oil
  • salt as per taste
  • 4-5 red chilies soaked in vinegar for about an hour
  • 2-3 garlic cloves
  • 1 large tomato
  • 1/2 tsp sugar
  • salt as per taste
  • 1 tsp oil
