Ingredients

  • 2 cups flour
  • 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon yeast
  • 1 1⁄2 teaspoon olive oil

  • 1 cup sweet corn
  • 1 pepper chopped
  • black olives chopped
  • 1 onion chopped
  • mushrooms optional
  • 1 tomato chopped
  • 1 small blob butter
  • 1 teaspoon garlic
  •  
  • sauce
  • 1 sachet tomato paste
  • 2 tablespoon chili garlic sauce
  • 2 tablespoon red chutney
  •  
  • filling
  • in a pan add the butter and garlic saute add all the veggies and stir fry for 5 minutes . allow to cool and add cheese . give it a toss

  • assemble
  • flatten dough and divide into 6 to 7 balls or if u want it mini then make more balls .
